Onsite® collects personal information relevant to Your subscription with Onsite®, including Your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information and certain non-personally identifiable information from Your computer that reflects Your use and configuration of Onsite®, including, without limitation, statistics relating to how often backups are started and completed, performance metrics and configuration settings. This information collected will be sent to Onsite® and may be used by Onsite® without restriction.
Onsite® uses “cookies” and other technologies to collect data that enables us to better understand and improve the usability, performance and effectiveness of our website. Cookies are files sent to Your browser and stored on Your computer. If You do not want Onsite® to send cookies to Your browser, You can set Your browser options to reject cookies or notify You when a website tries to put a cookie into Your browser. Rejecting cookies may affect Your ability to use some features of the Services.
Onsite® gathers general information about visits to our website, the files You have marked for backup, the configuration of Your computer and Your computer’s interaction with Onsite®. Onsite® uses this information to provide the Services, understand traffic and downloads on our website, provide You with technical support, improve the website and provide the best online experience possible for our customers.
Onsite® will not sell or distribute Your personal information to third parties without Your prior authorization. Onsite® may, from time to time, share with You information about other services that we think You may find to be of interest. If You wish to change the types of communications You receive from us, You may do so by clicking on the appropriate link in any communication You receive from Onsite®, or by e-mailing Your request to Onsite® at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that opting-out of receiving promotional email will not affect receipt of service-related, transactional, or legal communication via email in accordance with the terms at https://onsiteag.com/terms.
Onsite® will not view the contents of Your Account unless authorized by You. Onsite® may view Your file system information (file folder names, file extensions, sizes etc.) to provide incremental backups and file comparisons, system optimization, quality control and technical support. Onsite® will not disclose Your personal information, including the contents of Your Account, to third parties unless disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, or as authorized by You.
You can update Your personal information by accessing the password-protected, web-based Onsite® administrative console by supplying Your valid login credentials or e-mailing Onsite® at email@example.com.
Onsite® is designed to enable you to more efficiently and easily collect, share, archive, translate, clean, re-format, integrate, and use Your AgData, and to allow others whom you may authorize to also use Your AgData and information.
When You send or receive AgData files via Onsite®, AgIntegrated™ collects the information sent or received. The specific information or data we collect depends upon the type of data or files You send or receive. The information may include data files from machines, information about Your land, farm management data, agronomic data, and weather and climate data. AgIntegrated™ does not restrict or limit the type of information You may send or receive through Onsite®, as long as it does not violate the Terms.
AgIntegrated™ may make copies of data or information You send to Onsite® for backup and archival purposes.
AgIntegrated™ uses trusted third parties, such as cloud storage providers and telecommunications companies, to help us provide Onsite® to you. This is a necessary feature of Onsite®, and the agreements we have with these trusted third parties require them to not distribute or disclose Your AgData or information except as authorized by You or as required by law.
Upon Your request, provided You have paid all amounts owed to AgIntegrated™ for Onsite®, we will provide Your AgData and information back to You in an electronic form that is similar to form in which you transmitted Your AgData to Onsite® or a form that is reasonably usable to You. If you request a specific format for receipt of Your AgData that AgIntegrated™ does not normally utilize, AgIntegrated™ may charge You for any translation or re-formatting, but we will not charge you without your authorization. AgIntegrated™ will have up to 90 days to make electronic files available to you, and AgIntegrated™ will not be obligated to make Your AgData available to you in response to a request received more than 30 days after termination without renewal of any subscription term.
If we receive a request from You within 30 days after the end of your subscription term to delete Your AgData or information from Onsite®, we will comply with such request within 90 days, although we may retain an archival copy of Your AgData or information for our own protection.
Although AgIntegrated™ uses commercially reasonable efforts to protect the security of Your AgData and information, we recognize that it is possible that someone may improperly gain access to or disclose Your AgData. If we learn that any of Your AgData or information on our system has been improperly accessed or disclosed, we will contact you as soon as practicable in a reasonable manner, for example emailing the main contact for Your account with a description of what happened.
Onsite® service is a commercial service for use in the agricultural community. It is not intended for children or anyone under the age of 18.
Onsite® has committed to handling personally identifiable information from users in the European Union and the European Economic Area in accordance with the European Union’s Safe Harbor Principles and to refer unresolved privacy complaints to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, the BBB EU Safe Harbor, operated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus. If You do not receive timely acknowledgement of Your complaint, or if Your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed by Onsite®, please visit the BBB EU Safe Harbor website at www.bbb.org/us/safe-harbor-complaints for more information and to file a complaint.
